CMG Technologies is excited to welcome Rob Kirk who joins the team as Operations Manager.
Rob will oversee all operation and production areas, a role which has been in the making for some time. As well as overseeing safety procedures, he will be integral to ensuring the quality CMG is known for is maintained.
His duty in the company will optimise production and provide a point-of-call for factory staff. Additionally, it will allow Rachel Garrett and Phil Marsh to focus on growth opportunities and build on relationships.
Rob brings of a breadth of knowledge and experience from his previous work which will be easily adopted to CMG.
His former roles include more than 10 years as a production engineer in the telecommunication and automotive industry, where he worked with plastic injection moulding. For 16 years, Rob was an operations manager at the Port of Felixstowe. Afterwards, he spent two years as general manager at a stonemasonry factory.
So, combining his experience and becoming Operations Manager at CMG was a natural progression for Rob’s career.
Since joining in September, Rob has already settled in nicely with the CMG Technologies family.
The dad-of-two said: “It’s great to join a company like CMG, already an industry leader in its field.
